Kevin Sandland Photography feels it's extremely important for all parents/guardians to ensure that when appointing a photographer to record images of a young person under 18 years of age, the photographer has been subject to a current 'enhanced disclosure' CRB check (criminal records check), and that ongoing checks are made at least every three years. Ask the photographer to show you their certificate!!!

Kevin Sandland Photography ensures CRB checks are conducted at least every three years - current certificates dated February and November 2009.

Kevin Sandland Photography never 'sells on' the copyright of any work produced. Full copyright of all images under the 1988 UK Copyright Act is retained.
