Biography
Bruce was born in Nantwich on
15th Jun 1890 and was known to be living at 20
London Road, Willaston, Nantwich at the time of
his baptism on 7th Sep 1890 at Nantwich Parish
Church.
He was shown in 1891 at the
same address at the age of 9 months. By 1901 he
is shown to be living with his parents at 15
Barker Street, Nantwich at the age of 11 years
and then by 1911 at 94 Hospital Street, Nantwich
at the age of 20 years with an occupation of
Labourer Bricklayer.
He married Bertha M Leigh
during the second quarter of 1916 at Nantwich
Parish Church.
He died during the first
quarter of 1962 and recorded to have been living
at 20 Main Road, Shavington, Crewe at that time
at the age of 71 years. He was buried at
Wybunbury on 11th Jan 1962.
